Excelent reception. I'm a "VIP" customer, I forgot a bottle of whey there, they kept it and gave it to me later. Being in BH, that's where I stay

The place is good, the service too, very kind and helpful staff. I didn't like that there is no breakfast. And there is the problem of the bed shaking all night and early in the morning, at least on the third floor, in room 301 where I stayed. I practically didn't sleep because of this issue. But the room is very good, it has a new fridge, microwave, table, chair, cutlery, TV (the Wi-Fi is very bad), and two comfortable single beds. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, it's very quiet and the bathroom is good.

The experience was not good. There was no air conditioning and I was not informed of this when I closed. They only gave me 1 price and I thought it was good. Anyway. We arrived on a hot day. The room had an oven, it even has 1 fan. However, it is not enough to cool the room. A window that opens little. It was much cooler in the hallway, the room facing the avenue. The window is opposite another room and it was not possible to sleep with it open for safety reasons. I didn't trust the guest I saw. Clean sheets, good bed, agreed parking for 15 nights, shower with faulty finish and difficult to turn on. I had to put on makeup in the bathroom, which was so hot, it was horrible. It has a microwave and a very weak and old minibar. It has plates, cutlery and glasses. It has a closet with hangers and a desk. TV with Netflix and YouTube. Good price because there is no breakfast, I knew that and chose it for that reason. Daughter is allergic but you can't cook inside the hotel. Polite staff, organized and clean hotel.

Clean, organized, very good bed, bedding and towels. It does not offer meals or breakfast, but there is a microwave and large refrigerator in the room. It has good Internet and digital TV, but not cable. Good location, close to the bus station and car rental companies. There is no parking, but on the back street, next to the hotel's back door, a car wash rents up to 3 spaces for overnight stays.

Location with excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. Good service. The staff are very helpful. Everything was working correctly. It has a minibar and microwave. Despite being on a busy avenue, I had no problems with excessive noise.
